Which areas do you cover for local recovery?
Our local recovery focus is Walsall and surrounding West Midlands towns. Planned vehicle transport is available nationwide.
Do you provide motorway recovery?
We take recovery enquiries from major West Midlands motorway corridors. Your safety comes first: if you are in a dangerous position, follow official motorway safety guidance and contact emergency services where necessary.
Do you collect from Copart?
Yes. We collect vehicles from Copart locations across the UK.
Do you collect from BCA?
Yes. BCA vehicle collection is available as part of our nationwide auction transport service.
Which other auctions do you collect from?
We also handle collections from IAA UK / SYNETIQ, RAW2K, Manheim, Aston Barclay, Wilsons Auctions and other UK vehicle auctions.
Can you transport a non-runner?
Yes, subject to condition and access. Tell us whether the vehicle starts, rolls and steers.
Can you transport accident-damaged vehicles?
Yes, where the vehicle can be loaded and transported safely. Send photos on WhatsApp so we can assess the job.
What information do you need for a quote?
Collection location, delivery postcode, vehicle make/model and condition. Auction jobs should also include the auction name and lot/reference number when available.
Can I send photos or auction screenshots?
Yes. WhatsApp is ideal for sending vehicle photos, auction screenshots and collection information.
Do you transport vans and SUVs?
Yes. We transport a range of cars, SUVs and vans, subject to size, weight and condition.
